Job description:

We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Media Assistant who understands social media advertising and digital campaign execution. The ideal candidate will support our marketing team in developing paid ad strategies, managing campaigns, and optimizing performance across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and managing paid social media ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Collaborate on media planning, budgeting, and ad scheduling
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Support the development of engaging ad creatives in coordination with the design team
  • Perform A/B testing and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Research trends, competitors, and new opportunities in digital advertising
  • Track lead generation and contribute to the development of remarketing strategies
  • Help manage daily posting and engagement activities across social media channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing and paid advertising
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or Google Ads
  • Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
