Job Description
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for the MEA region and the Representative Office.
- Coordinate all regional marketing activities in alignment with the global marketing and web teams (HQ).
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence in the region.
- Collaborate with HQ to define the regional search engine strategy and monitor performance results.
- Propose and implement innovative marketing ideas to support business growth.
- Plan and coordinate regional seminars, expos, and other events.
- Source and manage local and regional vendors for company events.
- Conduct market research and monitor key competitors’ activities.
- Track, evaluate, and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports.
- Work closely with the FX sales team to align on marketing strategies, review lead quality, and design new campaigns.
- Update and maintain the FX Arabic website, including translation and proofreading.
- Review and proofread all printed materials, sales presentations, brochures, and customer communications (e.g., bank holiday emails).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai media landscape.
- Passionate about marketing and business/financial news.
- Previous experience in fintech or retail financial services is a plus.
- Proactive, energetic, and collaborative team player with a strong customer focus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; German and French are an advantage.
