Marketing Manager – Educational Sector (Responsibilities)

  • Plan and execute marketing activities to achieve student enrollment targets across multiple branches
  • Manage marketing operations for multiple branches
  • Lead, train, and supervise a large marketing team of 50+ staff, including counselors and telecallers
  • Set monthly and quarterly admission targets and ensure achievement through effective follow-up
  • Track leads, walk-ins, conversions, and admissions for each branch
  • Coordinate with branch heads and academic teams for smooth admissions operations
  • Oversee online and offline marketing activities to generate quality leads
  • Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations
  • Ensure counseling quality, ethical admissions practices, and policy compliance
  • Handle escalations related to admissions and student concerns professionally
  • Prepare and submit performance and admission reports to management
  • Maintain brand standards and consistent communication across all branches

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in education sector marketing
  • Proven experience managing multiple branches
  • Experience handling 50+ staff
  • Strong leadership and target-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • UAE education market experience preferred
