- Strategy & Planning: Develop marketing plans, set goals, identify target audiences, and oversee the integrated marketing calendar.
- Campaign Management: Create, implement, and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, PR, events, in-store) to drive traffic and revenue.
- Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all touchpoints.
- Digital Marketing: Manage online presence, SEO, social media, email marketing, and analyze web analytics.
- Promotions & Events: Plan new store openings, promotional activities, and special events to build local awareness.
- Budget & Analysis: Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and track campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaboration: Work with operations, sales, chefs, and external partners (media, influencers, suppliers).
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
