Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to fit-out, joinery, real estate, or building materials markets.
• Manage company social media platforms, website content, and online marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, project, and operations teams to support business development efforts.
• Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives for clients and stakeholders.
• Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Ensure marketing activities align with the company’s brand and business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in fit-out, joinery, real estate, or building materials industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
