Full job description

The Marketing Executive will support the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This hands-on role works closely with internal teams, agencies, influencers, and partners to deliver campaigns, events, and collaborations on time, on brand, and with measurable results. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, in-store, and events
  • Manage timelines, assets, messaging, and stakeholder follow-ups to ensure smooth execution
  • Coordinate with PR agencies, media, vendors, bloggers, and influencers
  • Support influencer campaigns, content approvals, reporting, and payments
  • Assist with events, launches, pop-ups, and on-ground activations
  • Support partnerships and brand collaborations
  • Track performance, collect reports, and support marketing analysis
  • Support content coordination, repost tracking, and social media activities
  • Maintain campaign records, budgets, invoices, and documentation

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organization, coordination, communication, and execution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or coordination roles
  • Experience with influencers, agencies, events, and social media metrics is a plus
