Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, facility engagement, and business growth within the healthcare sector. The role requires expertise in healthcare marketing, regulatory-compliant promotion, and strategic market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Promote medical services, specialties, and healthcare programs ethically and in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including website content, social media, SEO, and online campaigns
  • Plan and execute branding, advertising, and patient outreach programs
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, competitor analysis, and patient demographics
  • Collaborate with medical, operations, and management teams to support service expansion
  • Manage marketing budgets and prepare performance reports
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, corporate clients, and community partners
  • Organize health awareness campaigns, events, and promotional activities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or medical services
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and ethical standards
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
