What you will do
MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage scheduling and meetings for the Regional Director of Marketing
- Provide personal administrative assistance to the Regional Director of Marketing
- Manage travel organization and expenses for the Regional Director of Marketing
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing and PR activity and results.
- Process quotations, service agreements and booking orders, raise LPOs, deliveries and timely submission of invoices.
- Manage hotel communications including elevator screens, in-room TVs, in-room screens
- Coordinate professional video and photography shoots as needed
- Manage and update content on the company’s website and mobile app
- Manage and ensure up-to-date information on hotel and partner websites
- Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee
- Ensure that all hotel promotions, advertising, and collateral are in keeping with Four Seasons image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
- Be a brand ambassador to Four Seasons at all times , both in and out of the hotel and on personal social media accounts.
PR, CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA
- Should have excellent verbal and written English
- Community management and reviews on OTAs (Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia)
- Monitor all engagement activity across hotel’s social media accounts – Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
- Review media and influencer requests, provide recommendations
- Coordinate media stays, restaurant and spa reservations
- Produce influencer hosting reports
- Manage the press room and image library
- Using company platforms, measure and report on social media and digital statistics
- Weekly summary of press coverage for internal distribution
