Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our new restaurant concept in Dubai. In this role, you’ll support the Marketing Manager of the resort and the Regional Director of Marketing in executing the marketing plan and strategy for this exciting new venue. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the launch and growth of a fresh concept while being part of the Nikki Beach Hospitality Group family.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Regional Director of Marketing to create and execute the marketing plan for the new restaurant concept.
  • Learn and apply brand marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines across branding, guest experience, digital, and social media.
  • Drive the restaurant’s digital media approach, creating engaging content such as stories and reels aligned with global standards.
  • Support your team in sourcing, delivering, and executing marketing activations (e.g., launch events, weekly happenings, sponsorships, and pop-ups).
  • Manage the development and sourcing of marketing and events materials; coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for payments and deliveries.
  • Work closely with the events and Beach Club teams.
  • Assist in entertainment and talent hiring processes, including legal, accounting, trials, and scheduling.
  • Oversee and organize administrative functions: invoicing, POs, expenses, calendars, presentations, photography, and videography.
  • Handle multiple assignments simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.
  • Contribute to guest-centric special moments such as birthdays and celebrations.


Qualities & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Background in luxury branding, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of Middle East Market
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Creative, adventurous, and proactive in spotting opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • People-oriented, collaborative, and open to new ideas.
  • Confident decision-making in fast-paced environments.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for guest service and creating memorable experiences.
