Description:

The Marketing Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the marketing team across small to large sized proposal efforts and production; collateral efforts; resume and project description development, presentations, and interviews.

  • Collaborate and support marketing team members and staff to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
  • Support development of marketing materials as needed to enhance business development efforts.
  • Maintain resources, including resumes, case studies, and marketing drive organization.
  • Participate in pursuit strategy and planning.
  • Craft compelling messaging and talking points to effectively communicate with the organization’s brand and key initiatives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 1-3 years of experience?in a similar job function.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the requirements listed.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in information coordination and layout.
  • Proficiency in written communication, storytelling, and grammar/punctuation.
  • Experience with creative platforms such as Adobe Suite, MS Suite, and CRM.
