Description:
The Marketing Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the marketing team across small to large sized proposal efforts and production; collateral efforts; resume and project description development, presentations, and interviews.
- Collaborate and support marketing team members and staff to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Support development of marketing materials as needed to enhance business development efforts.
- Maintain resources, including resumes, case studies, and marketing drive organization.
- Participate in pursuit strategy and planning.
- Craft compelling messaging and talking points to effectively communicate with the organization’s brand and key initiatives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- 1-3 years of experience?in a similar job function.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the requirements listed.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in information coordination and layout.
- Proficiency in written communication, storytelling, and grammar/punctuation.
- Experience with creative platforms such as Adobe Suite, MS Suite, and CRM.
