Job Description:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels to promote our brands and venues.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, activations, and events.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audiences in the UAE market.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and event assets.
- Plan, organize, and support events and brand activations to drive visibility and guest engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
- Assist with content creation for digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, and website updates.
- Help manage advertising budgets and track performance metrics for campaigns and events.
- Monitor and analyze campaign and event results to optimize marketing efforts and increase ROI.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle events.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai market and consumer behavior.
- Proven ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns and events from concept to completion.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment.
