We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that drive brand awareness, engage customers, and support business growth.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns
  • Oversee content creation and distribution across various channels to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Manage the company’s online presence and reputation through proactive engagement and monitoring
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing materials and communications
  • Plan and coordinate events, press releases, and public relations activities
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing and communications professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in marketing strategies
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing and communications strategies
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics platforms
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience in brand management and public relations
  • Familiarity with the UAE market and cultural sensitivities is a plus
