We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that drive brand awareness, engage customers, and support business growth.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns
- Oversee content creation and distribution across various channels to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Manage the company’s online presence and reputation through proactive engagement and monitoring
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing materials and communications
- Plan and coordinate events, press releases, and public relations activities
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing and communications professionals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in marketing strategies
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing and communications strategies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics platforms
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to think strategically and analytically
- Creative problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience in brand management and public relations
- Familiarity with the UAE market and cultural sensitivities is a plus
