Marketing Assistant

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of Nomia’s global marketing activity. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants exposure across digital marketing, campaigns, events, content and internal communications.

This role is well suited to someone who is adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift. As a small team, there is an expectation that you can pivot when needed, take ownership and support across a wide range of marketing activities.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, product and leadership, taking ownership of day-to-day marketing execution and helping keep campaigns running smoothly while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign and digital support

  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels including website, email and LinkedIn
  • Support updates to the website, landing pages and gated content in line with campaign plans
  • Help manage and update marketing assets within HubSpot or other marketing platforms

Content and communications

  • Support the creation and coordination of marketing content such as blogs, social posts, case studies and sales collateral
  • Proofread and check content for accuracy, tone and brand alignment
  • Help coordinate internal communications and marketing updates across the business

Events and webinars

  • Provide logistical support for events, conferences and webinars, including registrations, materials and follow-ups
  • Assist with event related marketing assets such as presentations, signage and merchandise
  • Support post event activity including lead follow up and reporting

Reporting and administration

  • Maintain marketing trackers, campaign calendars and asset libraries
  • Support basic reporting on campaign performance, website traffic and engagement

Must Haves

  • A genuine interest in marketing and digital communications
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a changing environment
  • Adaptable, resilient and able to pivot when priorities shift
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Desirable

  • A degree or qualification in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Some experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot & Canva.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing or technology environments
