About the Role

Atlantis is seeking a strategic and driven Manager, Procurement to support the Director of Procurement in leading our sourcing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a professional, efficient, and flexible Procurement shared service that aligns with our brand standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies and policies for the category.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, audit requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Supplier & Contract Management: Lead strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations to secure optimal terms.
  • Financial Insight: Conduct commercial analyses to support procurement decisions.
  • Team Development: Inspire and manage a small team, fostering growth through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure seamless communication across departments.
  • Quality & Logistics Oversight: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely, quality-controlled procurement processes.

About you

You hold a bachelor’s degree and have relevant procurement experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage, hospitality or hotel industry, with a strong foundation in business and financial analysis. Your analytical and research skills are exceptional, and you possess proven leadership qualities along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
