What you’ll do:

  • Supervise & coordinate day to day maintenance activities for MCB and plastic injection molding equipment.
  • Lead & develop a multidisciplinary team of tool makers, mechanical/electrical technicians, and mechatronics engineers.
  • Champion safety & environment by ensuring compliance with Eaton’s MESH standards.
  • Lead with ELM—drive accountability, build organizational capability, and deliver results using Eaton’s Leadership Model.
  • Build preventive & predictive maintenance programs (TPM/reliability), optimizing plans to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues; drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Partner cross functionally with production, engineering, and quality to support process improvements and equipment upgrades.
  • Manage resources: monitor spare parts strategy, vendor interactions, and the maintenance budget.
  • Support audits (internal/external) and ensure compliance with Eaton standards and applicable regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement for uptime, reliability, and energy efficiency.
  • Own maintenance KPIs: report performance, downtime, and safety indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or equivalent education).
  • 5+ years of maintenance supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.

Skills:

  • Proven maintenance leadership in MCB and/or plastic injection molding (or similar high‑volume manufacturing).
  • Strong background in preventive & predictive maintenance, TPM, and reliability engineering.
  • Hands‑on expertise across mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic systems; adept at troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Experience implementing and managing spare‑parts strategies and maintenance KPIs.
  • Demonstrated leadership aligned to MESH (safety/environment) and ELM (leadership) frameworks; continuous‑improvement mindset.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills; clear communicator with the influencing skills to engage at senior level.
  • Able to lead in emotionally challenging situations with empathy and managerial courage.
