Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all equipment and systems within the facility.
  • Schedule and organize periodic maintenance plans to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Monitor technicians’ performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
  • Inspect faults, determine root causes, and guide the technical team to implement necessary repairs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks.
  • Submit regular reports to management on equipment status and maintenance costs.
  • Ensure availability of spare parts and required materials for maintenance work.
  • Train and enhance the skills of the technical team.
  • Adhere to and enforce occupational health and safety regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance.
  • Solid knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and practices.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and accurately diagnose malfunctions.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
