Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all equipment and systems within the facility.
- Schedule and organize periodic maintenance plans to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor technicians’ performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
- Inspect faults, determine root causes, and guide the technical team to implement necessary repairs.
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Submit regular reports to management on equipment status and maintenance costs.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and required materials for maintenance work.
- Train and enhance the skills of the technical team.
- Adhere to and enforce occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and practices.
- Ability to read technical drawings and accurately diagnose malfunctions.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
