Position Overview
FirstPoint Group is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance division. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to client service and business development.

You will not only supervise the maintenance team but also be directly responsible for inspecting sites, preparing quotations, presenting prices to clients, and closing deals—making you a key driver of both operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the maintenance team (AC, plumbing, electrical, general repairs).
• Ensure timely execution and quality control across all maintenance tasks.
• Conduct site visits, carry out inspections, and provide clients with accurate quotations and pricing.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and developing long-term relationships.
• Close new maintenance and AMC contracts with both new and existing clients.
• Track team performance, material usage, and project progress.
• Coordinate with sales, admin, and finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow the maintenance business and expand service offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a supervisory or senior technician role.
• Strong technical background in MEP and general maintenance.
• Proven ability in preparing quotations, presenting prices, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong leadership to guide and motivate the team.
• UAE driving license is a plus.
• Proficiency in creating reports and using mobile-based systems or CRM.
