We Are Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor (Senior Level)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with strong technical expertise and proven leadership skills to oversee maintenance operations and ensure optimal performance of facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities
• Lead and manage maintenance technicians and contractors
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Prepare maintenance reports and manage spare parts inventory

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in maintenance, with senior-level exposure
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is mandatory
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred:

• Experience in facilities management / industrial / commercial buildings
• Relevant technical certification or diploma
