To supervise and coordinate the maintenance team for ensuring proper operation, repair, and preventive maintenance of all building, mechanical, and electrical systems within the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance activities (AC, plumbing, electrical, civil, etc.).
• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor their performance.
• Ensure all maintenance works are completed on time and as per safety standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Handle emergency breakdowns and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Communicate with clients and management regarding maintenance issues.
• Maintain proper records of materials, tools, and spare parts.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE/Gulf experience in maintenance supervision (building, facility, or construction projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Good communication in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
• Ability to lead a team of technicians effectively.
• Problem-solving and time management skills.
