Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and coordinate maintenance services across our facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintenance operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with technicians, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules.
  • Assign work orders to technicians and external contractors.
  • Monitor schedules and ensure jobs are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Act as the main point of contact between management, technicians, and service providers.
  • Track maintenance requests and follow up until closure.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and scheduling logs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Assist with cost tracking, invoicing, and documentation related to maintenance services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Coordinator or in a similar role within maintenance services.
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance, MEP systems, or facilities management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management systems.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in facilities management, property management, or maintenance services companies.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and service contracts.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
