We are looking for a Maintenance Client Relations & Coordinator to join our Maintenance Department. This role requires someone with strong project management and operational skills who can confidently handle client communication and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate maintenance requests, scheduling, and job progress.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding maintenance services. Assign tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion

Prepare job schedules, service reports, and quotationsCoordinate closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure smooth daily operations

Maintain organized documentation, service logs, and internal workflowsAssist in project planning and ongoing maintenance contracts

Qualifications & Skills:Preferred:

Female candidates with project management and operational coordination experience

Educational qualification in Engineering is a strong plusBackground in maintenance coordination, project coordination, or customer service

Strong communication and client-handling abilitiesExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with maintenance systems is an advantageAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and client-focused environment
