What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Luxury Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed boutique sales targets.
- Act as a role model on the showroom floor, demonstrating impeccable clienteling and closing skills.
- Drive client development strategies, building lasting relationships and expanding the boutique’s client book.
- Ensure the highest standards of grooming, presentation, and boutique excellence at all times.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to continuously elevate performance and service.
- Collaborate with corporate teams on visual merchandising, events, and brand initiatives.
- Uphold compliance with company policies and UAE labour standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or high-value sales, ideally as a Boutique Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable grooming and elevated presence, aligned with luxury retail standards.
- Service-first mindset with the ability to manage VIP clientele and high-pressure situations with poise.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and UAE public holidays.
