Position Summary

We are seeking a sophisticated and driven Luxury Real Estate Agent to represent some of the most prestigious properties in Abu Dhabi. This role is perfect for professionals who understand the nuances of high-net-worth clientele and can deliver exceptional service, discretion, and results in the luxury property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent premium residential and commercial properties to affluent buyers and investors
  • Provide personalized consultations and concierge-level service throughout the buying/selling process
  • Build and maintain relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, and international investors
  • Conduct private viewings, property tours, and lifestyle presentations
  • Negotiate high-value transactions with professionalism and strategic insight
  • Stay informed on luxury market trends, architectural styles, and exclusive developments
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create bespoke campaigns and showcase listings
  • Attend elite networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury real estate or high-end client services
  • Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi luxury property market
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or French is a strong advantage
  • Impeccable presentation and a refined, client-first approach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing, and virtual tour platforms
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a luxury vehicle preferred
