Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in our logistics facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven warehouse management experience, and the ability to supervise staff while ensuring smooth stock handling and storage processes.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods

-Manage and control inventory levels to ensure accuracy and prevent stock loss

-Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff & laborers to maintain productivity

-Implement and enforce warehouse policies, safety protocols, and company standards

-Monitor space utilization and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment

-Generate regular reports on stock movement, inventory accuracy, and staff performance

-Work closely with management to align warehouse operations with business goals

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience as a warehouse in-charge or manager

Strong knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and warehouse systems

Skilled in labor management and team supervision

Age requirement: 30+ years

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits:

AED 2,500 with company-provided accommodation & visa

AED 3,500 with own visa and no accommodation
