Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily transport operations for construction materials, machinery, and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
• Manage vehicle schedules, maintenance, and documentation (insurance, registration, etc.).
• Monitor fuel consumption and optimize routes to control costs.
• Maintain accurate records of goods movement, delivery notes, and transport expenses.
• Ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations.
• Handle transport-related issues such as delays, breakdowns, or emergencies efficiently.
• Assist in logistics planning for project mobilization and demobilization.

Requirements:

• Graduate
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or transport management within the construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word);
• Good understanding of vehicle management, site operations, and local transport regulations.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
