About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to handle import and export operations within the bonded/free trade zone. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with customs agents, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics, timely deliveries, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Import Customs Clearance (Bonded Area)

• Coordinate with customs clearance agents to ensure timely clearance and storage of bonded air freight orders.
• Liaise with export teams to ensure efficient preparation and dispatch of bonded outbound orders.

2. Free Trade Zone Export Delivery

• Coordinate with the business department to receive Delivery Numbers (DN) and inform the warehouse for goods preparation.
• Communicate with freight forwarders or customers to arrange flight and vehicle bookings.
• Verify export declaration documents and update flight information promptly to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate smooth communication between the warehouse and customers for export deliveries.

3. Inventory Management

• Share daily inventory reports and verify stock accuracy.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure alignment between system data and physical stock.

4. Business Support

• Collect business requirements and assist with temporary quotation or pricing inquiries.

5. Monthly Payment and Documentation

• Review and reconcile monthly bills, ensuring accounts are accurate before payment processing.
• File and organize all shipping documents (both scanned and original copies).
• Handle DMS order confirmation and approval processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in bonded/free trade zone operations or logistics coordination.
• Strong understanding of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics management systems (e.g., DMS).
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
