Position Overview:
We are seeking a Logistics and Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating all logistics activities, ensuring the smooth flow of goods between production, warehouses, and retail outlets. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and materials between suppliers, production, and retail locations.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Liaise with couriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to track shipments and resolve any logistical issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and customs documentation.
- Work closely with the production and sales teams to align delivery schedules with business requirements.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with company standards and procedures.
- Oversee quality checks before dispatch and ensure packaging meets brand standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and logistics reports.
Requirements:
- Arabic speaker preferred
- Immediate joiner
- Preferably based in Ajman
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator (fashion industry experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Well-groomed and professional appearance, with an eye for style
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic logistics software
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
