Job Summary:
A detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end flow of goods, ensuring the right products reach the right place at the right time. The role involves monitoring inventory, coordinating with logistics partners, processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
What you’ll do:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Track and coordinate shipments from suppliers to warehouses/customers.
- Manage and process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and inward goods received.
- Maintain accurate documentation (both soft and hard copies) for all logistics and supply chain movements.
- Liaise and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Compare and evaluate shipping quotes to select the most cost-effective option.
- Track inventory aging and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify and resolve any issues, delays, or discrepancies in the supply chain process.
- Support the supply chain team in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost savings.
Who you should be:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Logistics coordination, procurement, or inventory management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Interest in process optimization and continuous improvement is highly desirable
