About Us:

AFRA PARTS is a leading supplier of genuine spare parts for brands such as Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, and Renault. Based in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent service to our customers. We are currently looking for a skilled and organized person with knowledge of logistics and customs procedures to join our team.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours:

  • 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Monday to Saturday (Sunday is the weekly day off)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare and process shipping and customs documents, including the Bill of Entry.
  • Ensure all import/export activities comply with Jebel Ali Free Zone and UAE customs regulations.
  • Welcome and assist visiting clients.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both administrative and shipping documents.
  • Working with Dubai trade website.

Requirements:

  • Must currently be residing in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of UAE customs regulations and import/export procedures.
  • Proven ability to prepare and issue a Bill of Entry (BOE).
  • Familiarity with Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) rules and portals is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience using smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications.
  • A positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
