Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily vehicle movement, ensuring fleet maintenance, handling renewals, and managing logistics operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vehicle movement and scheduling for deliveries and collections.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, servicing, registration renewals, and insurance updates.
• Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of equipment and vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and the operations team.
• Track and monitor vehicle utilization and fuel records.
• Assist in logistics planning and documentation.

Requirements:

• UAE Driving License – Mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in logistics or equipment rental.
• Strong knowledge of UAE routes and locations.
• Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
• Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical / Logistics – Preferred.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
