Job Description

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Greet all guests as they enter and exit the hotel while ensuring service standards are followed
  • Engage in conversation with first time visitors, showing them the lobby and offering directions as required
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way
  • To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
  • To follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Resolve guests complaints/ requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediately follow up
  • Report any unusual occurrences or requested to manager.
  • Be aware of the hotel accident Prevention Policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous guest service experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Must possess a professional presentation.
  • Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills
