Job Description
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Greet all guests as they enter and exit the hotel while ensuring service standards are followed
- Engage in conversation with first time visitors, showing them the lobby and offering directions as required
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way
- To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- To follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Resolve guests complaints/ requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediately follow up
- Report any unusual occurrences or requested to manager.
- Be aware of the hotel accident Prevention Policies.
Qualifications
- Previous guest service experience required.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must possess a professional presentation.
- Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills
