We are a well-established real estate company in Abu Dhabi, dedicated to providing professional services and building long-term relationships with property owners and investors. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Listing Agent to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and build relationships with property owners to secure listings for sale and rent
• Advise owners on pricing, marketing strategies, and property presentation
• Obtain and manage the Madhmoun permit for marketing purposes in compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations
• Ensure accurate property details, photos, and videos are prepared for online and offline marketing
• Maintain strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and current trends
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with property owners

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Listing Agent or in a similar real estate role
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi property laws, regulations, and market practices
• Experience with Madhmoun permits (essential)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
• UAE driving license and own car preferred
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
