Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional chauffeur service to customers, ensuring punctuality, safety, and comfort at all times.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and routes to key destinations (airports, hotels, business districts, etc.).
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, fueled, and in excellent working condition before each trip.
• Adhere strictly to company policies regarding driving conduct, grooming, and customer service standards.
• Communicate effectively with the operations team for trip assignments, updates, and any schedule changes.
• Assist clients with luggage and ensure a smooth and respectful customer experience.
• Record all trips accurately and report any delays, accidents, or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Follow proper handover procedures when changing shifts or vehicles.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs, damages, or irregularities promptly to the Fleet Department.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding clients and company operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License (Category 3 or 5) — Limousine Permit preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a professional driver or limousine chauffeur in the UAE.
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Excellent driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Well-groomed, polite, and professional appearance at all times.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
