Job Purpose:

To operate company-assigned vehicles safely and efficiently for transporting staff, documents, and materials as required, while ensuring compliance with UAE traffic laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicles (manual transmission) to transport staff, goods, and documents to various locations within the UAE.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues or maintenance requirements.
• Follow scheduled routes and meet deadlines for pickups and deliveries.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods or documents as required.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and trips taken.
• Comply with all traffic regulations and safety standards.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or delays promptly to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper handling of company property and maintain confidentiality when required.
• Support additional duties assigned by management when not driving.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE manual driving license (Light Vehicle Category).
• Proven experience as a driver in the UAE (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Familiarity with UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi (basic Arabic is a plus).
• Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading if necessary.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if required.
• Field-based role with extensive travel across UAE locations.
