Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lifting Supervisor with a strong background in Oil & Gas operations to oversee and manage lifting activities safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate must be capable of ensuring compliance with project standards, lifting plans, and HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on site.
• Ensure lifting activities follow approved lifting plans and permit-to-work systems.
• Conduct pre-lift meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Monitor crane operators, riggers, and lifting crew to ensure safe execution of tasks.
• Inspect lifting equipment and ensure proper certification and maintenance.
• Report incidents, near-misses, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with HSE team and site management for safe work practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor in Oil & Gas.
• Valid Lifting Supervisor certification.
• Strong knowledge of lifting gear, cranes, and rigging operations.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in high-risk environments and follow strict safety protocols.
