We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative to the legal department, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and contracts.
- Maintain and update case files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate with external law firms, government entities, and internal departments.
- Manage documentation related to company licenses, renewals, and regulatory filings.
- Assist in drafting letters, agreements, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments for the legal team.
- Support the legal and compliance functions with research and documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE legal procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
- Fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage).
