Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, finding qualified tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining positive client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Market available properties through online platforms, social media, and other advertising channels.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and provide property information to potential tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and tours for prospective tenants.
• Evaluate applicants’ needs and financial qualifications to match them with suitable properties.
• Negotiate lease terms, prepare necessary documentation, and facilitate lease signing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property availability, rental rates, and current market trends.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, local laws, and real estate regulations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Handle tenant concerns and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
• Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy, and revenue generation.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Leasing Agent, Real Estate Agent, or similar role.
• Knowledge of the local property market and leasing regulations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve leasing targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Compensation:
