Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and build relationships with property owners and tenants to generate leads.
• Manage property listings, conduct viewings, and handle negotiations.
• Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties that meet their requirements.
• Prepare and process leasing agreements and related documentation.
• Stay updated with Abu Dhabi’s real estate market trends and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar real estate role.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Compensation:

• Commission-Based Only.
• Attractive 50% / 50% commission structure.
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
