The Laundry Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laundry facility, ensuring that all linens, uniforms, and guest items are cleaned, pressed, and delivered on time and to high-quality standards. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Inspect finished laundry to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage daily workflow — sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivery.
• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of all laundry equipment.
• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and request replenishment when required.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate laundry team members.
• Monitor usage of chemicals and utilities to control costs and minimize waste.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Handle guest laundry requests promptly and professionally (for hotels/resorts).
• Prepare daily reports on laundry production and staff performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Experience in hospitality, facility management, or commercial laundry operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of laundry chemicals, fabric care, and equipment maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
