Laundry Manager

Job Summary

The Laundry Manager will oversee the daily laundry operations, ensuring efficient processing of hotel linens, guest laundry, and uniforms in compliance with 5★ service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage laundry operations including washing, ironing, pressing, and finishing.
  • Ensure linen quality control and timely delivery.
  • Supervise and train laundry associates.
  • Maintain and manage equipment, reporting any technical issues.
  • Implement cost-control measures and maintain laundry inventory.
  • Ensure high hygiene standards and staff safety.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping and other departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a laundry supervisory role in a hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of laundry machines, chemicals, and processes.
  • Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage workloads and meet timelines.
