First impressions count. To give our guests truly memorable stays, we’re looking for a Laundry Attendant who takes pride in fresh linens, crisp uniforms, and spotless presentation. Behind the scenes, you’ll make sure every sheet, towel, and fabric item meets our highest standards – because when everything feels clean and cared for, our guests can feel right at home.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Collecting, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels for guest rooms and hotel outlets
• Operating laundry equipment safely and efficiently to ensure high-quality results
• Checking items for wear and tear, reporting any damage, and ensuring only the best linens make it back to our guests
• Keeping laundry areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Working closely with housekeeping and other departments to make sure everything guests need is ready on time
• Helping guests with any special laundry requests when needed

What we need from you:

• Great attention to detail – you’ll notice the little things others might miss
• Physical stamina – you’ll be on your feet, moving, and lifting laundry bags throughout the day
• A team-player attitude – working well with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service
• Basic reading, writing, and number skills to keep track of laundry counts and instructions
• Experience in a similar role would be helpful, but not essential – we’ll provide training
