  • Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting using various office management tools
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed
  • Support office management tasks such as organizing documents, proofreading correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
  • Provide administrative support including typing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence in multiple languages if bilingual skills are present

Skills

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle inquiries confidently
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients and staff
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus for supporting financial tasks
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work independently in a busy environment
