Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Support Staff member to assist with daily kitchen operations. The role supports cooks and kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness, preparing ingredients, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients)
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
• Wash dishes and dispose of waste properly
• Support cooks and kitchen staff during service hours
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Help with receiving and storing kitchen supplies
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to follow safety and hygiene rules
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light kitchen items

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
• Basic knowledge of food handling and cleanliness standards
