  • Collaborate with restaurant manager to set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Define and drive weekly/monthly line targets with the team.
  • Develop strategies to improve the average monthly check and generate sales.
  • Propose and implement innovative ideas to boost sales.
  • Leverage mall events effectively to increase profitability.
  • Implement and drive customer loyalty programs.
  • Oversee and manage aggregator platforms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and control costs to ensure profitability.

Customer

  • Foster a customer-centric culture by turning customers into brand promoters.
  • Ensure staff consistently implement brand service standards and the SOS framework.
  • Address customer queries and feedback promptly (within 24 hours).
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences, from welcoming to farewell.
  • Maintain the restaurant’s image by suggesting and implementing improvements.
  • Ensure speed of service aligns with brand standards.
  • Treat every guest as a VIP and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff and work procedures to maintain quality standards, ensure excellent customer service, and handle disciplinary matters as needed.
