- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and related areas.
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
- Stocking and restocking supplies, such as food, utensils, and cleaning products.
- Removing trash and recycling from the kitchen and disposing of it properly.
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and food safety procedures.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
