· You need excellent organizational skills to manage tasks, maintain cleanliness, and ensure all areas are stocked and prepared.
· The ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other staff is vital.
· A high level of attention to detail is needed to ensure cleanliness standards, organize supplies, and maintain equipment.
· The job requires the physical stamina to stand, move, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
· You must be able to lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or more.
· Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is usually required.
· Understanding health and safety regulations and maintaining sanitation standards is a core responsibility.
· Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or as a kitchen steward is preferred.
