Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, drains, and work areas
- Handle garbage disposal and waste segregation properly
- Assist chefs with basic kitchen support tasks when required
- Follow hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards at all times
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
