Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
  • Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and handling.
  • Manage dishwashing and sanitation processes to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Dispose of waste and recyclables following established procedures.
  • Support inventory management by stocking supplies and monitoring usage.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold cleanliness and efficiency standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
