Full job description

  • To clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk in fridge’s, kitchen utensils, immediate corridors and holding areas as well as the operation equipment.
  • To work in close cooperation with all kitchen and service staff.
  • To work as per duty schedule and shifts.
  • To perform all stewarding tasks as per instructions.
  • Cleaning or kitchen, floors, tables, ceilings, chinaware, glassware.
  • Preparation for Buffet setups such as chaffing dish and fuel refilling.
  • Maintaining Chinaware, utensil, glassware, stationary, chemical store and charcoal store in proper condition.
  • Breakage monitoring at all times.
  • Take way products to be maintained safe.
  • Cleanliness of the dish washing machine, ice machine and any food related equipment’s to maintain at all times.
