Duties

• Support banquet operations by ensuring the timely cleaning of items used during events
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during peak service times
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Handle food items responsibly while adhering to proper food handling techniques

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred
• Familiarity with food preparation, cooking, and cleaning processes is beneficial
• Experience with banquet service or catering is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
